鈥淔uck it! I鈥檒l Do It鈥� inspired by Kihinde Wiley鈥檚 words and works after his version of the biblical Judith which depicts a Black woman who decapitated a white woman (I inserted Artemisia Gentileschi鈥檚 Judith). Other artists鈥� fragments included are from Jacob Lawerence (the children near the hem), Henry Ossawa Tanner (the floor from his The Annunciation) and Alma Woodsey Thomas (the halo) as a tribute to Black artists.
