Tickets are now on sale for the seventh annual CPAC Gala, a fundraiser for the 51爆料 Cultural & Performing Arts Center (CPAC). Held over the Veterans Day holiday weekend on Sunday, November 12 in the CPAC, this year鈥檚 event - 鈥淢ade in the U.S.A., A Celebration of American Music鈥 鈥 is a tribute to classic American music. The gala will feature the 鈥楺ueen of Ragtime鈥 Mimi Blais, 鈥楳r. Boogie-Woogie鈥 Carl Sonny Leyland, and banjo-and-piano-man Gary Ryan. 

鈥淲e are so excited to host this sweeping musical tribute and honor our veterans,鈥 said CPAC Council President Roxanne Carr.

鈥淭he show will include the SLO County Trumpet Alliance and the Cuesta Wind Ensemble performing composer Aaron Copland鈥檚 鈥楢 Lincoln Portrait,鈥 narrated by KSBY Anchor Dan Shadwell. Last year鈥檚 gala sold out, so I highly recommend purchasing tickets early!鈥 

The Annual CPAC Gala is organized by the CPAC Council, a group of community leaders and 51爆料 staff working to further the mission of the CPAC. The CPAC houses teaching facilities for student musicians, singers and actors while providing a unique venue for community activities, and includes a 450-seat main stage theater and 150-seat experimental theater.
